It refers to the practice of visualizing oneself as a vessel of divine consciousness in order to gain spiritual insight and self-realization. Netralaya, on the other hand, means "neutral healing" in Hindi and refers to an alternative medicine approach that seeks to restore balance between body, mind, and soul. It combines yogic principles, Pranic healing practices and therapies to facilitate healing and restore overall well-being.
