Dr. Ashwini V Konnur is a dedicated and determined Ayurveda doctor who has 11 years of experience in Ayurveda, therapeutic yoga, and pregnancy yoga.

•She started her career in FRLHT - IAIM as a Senior Research Fellow and has done intense literary research and worked on subjects like diabetes, development of research projects and formation of guidelines to write research articles.

•She has worked as a teaching faculty in training students of Panchakarma therapist course.

•In 2013 she went to China and was involved in Ayurveda consultation and taught women healthcare and pregnancy yoga.

•Dr. Ashwini is a very passionate writer and has written a number of articles relating to Ayurveda and yoga for Amruth (a bi-monthly magazine), local magazines, outlook.com and blogs for ayuruniverse.com.

•She was also involved in training rural women for home remedies and personal hygiene.
